The Grosvenor Tenants’ and Residents’ Association (TRA) represents and supports everyone living in Grosvenor Park, Grosvenor Terrace and Urlwin Street. Our aim is to build a safe, inclusive and connected community where residents feel heard and empowered.

Run entirely by volunteers, the TRA works with Southwark Council to raise local issues, influence decisions, and help improve our neighbourhood. We also organise community events, clubs and activities that bring people together.

Our committee is made up of residents who:

Represent the views and interests of our community
Work in partnership with Southwark Council to improve the area
Give their time to help organise events, meetings and community activities

The elected Officers are complemented by a diverse and amazingly generous group of Committee Members from our community who were also chosen during the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will diligently serve until the subsequent AGM.

Get Involved

Everybody who lives on Grosvenor Park, Grosvenor Terrace & Urlwin Street and is above the age of 16 is automatically a member of the TRA. Any such TRA member can choose to stand for a more involved position, such as a committee role.
